夹具内油压管可防止刮刀夹具变形，贴附性好，可以抑制刮刀的震动，稳定性好，可以用较低的线压，清洁效率高。使用气囊式刮刀夹具、辊子全幅与刮刀的接触柔软性好。不需要进行细部调整。而且刮刀钢性好、起皱稳定。能稳定提供起皱所需的1500～3500N/m线压。
Yankee Blade Holder for Cylinder Drying
The oil-pressure pipe within the holder can prevent the holder from deforming. It can be well attached to the blade, thus offering a good stability. Besides, it uses a low lineal pressure, and produces a high cleaning efficiency. The use of air-bag blade holder enables the roller to fully contact with the blade, thus offering a favorable flexibility. No fine tuning is required. In addition, the blade is of good rigidity, and corrugates stably. It is able to provide 1,500～3,500N/m lineal pressure required by corrugation.
