采用专用机床和特殊加工工艺，产品高硬度、耐磨性好、降耗防腐蚀、防酸碱。整体加工精度高，表面平整，光洁度高、平滑、细腻，在使用过程中可以避免细小纤维存留及顶浆现象造成的纸病，易控制水线，避免在脱水过程中影响纸页的形成，减少纸的两面差，大大改善纸张的匀度及平滑度，纸页的质量明显的提升，使网子和脱水元件之间产生水膜，提高耐磨性，降低网子和毛布的驱动能耗，提高网子和毛布的使用寿命，同时节约电耗。
Microcrystal Corundum Plate
Made with special lathe and special manufacturing technique, the product has high hardness, good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and acid and alkali resistance, and is able to reduce consumption. Precisely manufactured, it has an even, highly polished, smooth and fine surface which prevents the staying of fine fibers and avoids the paper defects caused by pulp overflow. Besides, the product makes it easy to control the waterline, thus not affecting the formation of paper during the dewatering. It reduces the differences between the two sides of paper, thus greatly enhancing the paper quality by improving the evenness and smoothness of paper. In addition, it helps to form a water film between the net and the dewatering element, thus improving the wear resistance, reducing the energy consumption for driving the net and coarse cloth, prolonging the service life of net and coarse cloth and saving power.
超高分子聚乙烯面板（PE）
由高分子聚乙烯和添加剂合成。具有耐磨损，耐冲击、耐腐蚀、耐低温、自润滑等特性，吸水率低，不粘连，低摩擦力，使用寿命长，更有效地保护成形网和毛布。解决造纸过程中，毛布再加压过程后出现了小斑点或在毛布的使用过程中老是传动侧先粘纸，传动侧比操作侧提前磨损严重、开裂等毛布吸水箱面板的使用不当造成的情况。
PE Panel
It is made by synthesizing PE and additive. It is featured by wear resistance, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, low temperature resistance, self-lubrication, low water absorption, non-stickiness, low friction and long service life, and can protect the formed net and coarse cloth more effectively. It can solve the problems that small spots appear after the coarse cloth is pressurized, or paper always sticks to the driving side firstly when the coarse cloth is used, or the driving side is more seriously worn and chapped than the work side and so on, which are caused by the improper operation of the coarse-cloth suction box's panel.
